SENATE BILL NO. 185 "An Act relating to reemployment of persons                                                                 
who retire under the teachers' retirement system" was read the second                                                           
time.                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stevens, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Education Committee Substitute offered on page 2269.                                                            
Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being                                                              
no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 185(EDC) was                                                                       
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Kelly stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 185(EDC) will                                                                     
advance to third reading on the April 14 calendar.
